Certified - notarized translations

We can provide you certified translations services: ENGLISH- FRENCH - ITALIAN to/from ROMANIAN (with the certification, signature and stamp of a translator authorized by the Romanian Ministry of Justice) or notarized translations (the translator's signature is certified by a Romanian notary public). 

In case of notarized translations, the source document must meet certain conditions provided for by Romanian law and must be submitted in original, in physical (not electronic) format, to the notary public who carries out the procedure of notarization of the translator's signature.

Translations are made by a sworn translator, authorized by the Ministry of Justice of Romania.

We take strict measures to ensure the confidentiality of your documents and of the translations we provide.

We can communicate remotely throughout the entire translation process, starting with taking your order by e-mail, providing you with a delivery deadline and a price quotation, delivery of the translations in electronic, editable and/or scanned PDF format.

Payment for the translation services can be made by bank transfer, based on the invoice we issue and send you. If you need the translations in hard copy, printed on paper, we can send them to you by courier to the address you specify. The cost of the courier service is payable separately from the fee we charge for translations.
