Obtaining of documents

The process of obtaining documents from Romanian institutions that have these documents on file, e.g. retrieval of official copies of certificate of incorporation, retrieval of official copies of birth, death, marriage certificates from Vital Records Offices; retrieval of official copies of Divorce decrees from Courts, etc.

If you need a document, either corporate or personal, such as a company details certificate, incorporation certificate, diploma duplicate, official transcripts, or any other paper from Romanian authorities (restitution of property in Romania), we are here to help you. You don’t have to waste time and money to come to Romania and stay long periods here to obtain a piece of paper. When we receive an assignment from you, we act as your proxy and obtain for you official documents from Romanian authorities.

As the case may be, the assignments that we receive from you are fulfilled through a Power of Attorney. A power of attorney is a document that allows you to appoint a person to handle your affairs while you're unavailable or unable to do so. The person you appoint is referred to as an "Attorney-in-Fact" or "Agent".

A “General Power of Attorney” authorizes your Agent to act on your behalf in a variety of different situations. A general power of attorney is usually used to allow your agent to handle all of your affairs during a period of time when you are unable to do so.

A Special Power of Attorney authorizes your Agent to act on your behalf in specific situations only.
