Hague Apostille Romania

We can obtain the Hague Apostille on the extract issued by the Romanian Trade Register.

Only extracts issued in physical format (printed on paper), with the official stamp of the Trade Register and the handwritten signature of the Trade Register official can be apostilled. 

Extracts issued in electronic format (with the electronic signature of the Romanian Trade Register), although they are also official documents and have the same legal value as extracts issued in physical format, cannot be apostilled, but can be used as such. Therefore, if you are requested to provide an extract from the Trade Register with the Hague Apostille, you must obtain a physical extract, not an electronic one.
